LEC Data Challenge 2025
With the 4th LEC Data Challenge, we would like to encourage students and practitioners of various disciplines who are enthusiastic about data to develop a data-driven solution to an application-oriented problem in the field of large engines. This year, the task is to accu-rately predict key engine performance parameters. The challenge is to use not only engine control parameters as model inputs, but also to incorporate information from the engine’s heat release rate. This will further facilitate the generation of physically meaningful results.
The three best solutions will be recognized at the award ceremony at Congress Graz on the evening of September 3, 2025, during the Welcome Reception of the conference “Sustainable Mobility, Transport and Power Generation”.
