Guidelines for speakers

Presentation

The presentation of your paper should last no longer than 20 minutes and will be followed by a discussion of 10 minutes. The slides of your powerpoint-presentation should be in English. Since we offer simultaneous translation (only in hall Steiermark), you can present in German or English on site. Please let us know in which language you are presenting.

Publication of papers

Your paper to our symposium proceedings should preferably be in English (max. 12 pages). This should contain new and not yet published results. All papers that are presented at the symposium will be published in symposium proceedings.

We ask you to send us the printed version of your paper (maximum 12 pages) by June 30, 2025 at the latest

• File in electronic form in MS Word
• Please find here a Word template (Template_Paper_SMTP25), which should facilitate formatting, as well as an example of a presentation from the last symposium (MP_Examplepage_SMTP23). 

Speaker Confirmation Form & Photograph:

We kindly ask you to submit a photograph of the presenting author, as well as the completed Speaker Confirmation Form by May 30, 2025 at the latest.
